These terms cover your use of Simple Forager, a meal-planning app that turns a week of meals into a grocery list. By using the site or the app, you agree to them.

Early access

Simple Forager is in early access. Features may change, break, or go away, and we may pause or end access at any time.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or older to make an account.
• Keep access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in.
• Don't misuse the app: no scraping, no attempts to break in, and nothing unlawful.

Your content

Recipes, photos, and plans you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. Your recipes are private to your account. Only add content you have the right to use.

Food, nutrition, and allergies

Recipes and nutrition numbers are for general information and may contain mistakes. Simple Forager is not medical or dietary advice. Always check ingredient labels yourself, especially for allergies.

Prices and stores

Prices and totals are estimates and may differ from what a store charges at checkout. Orders are placed with the store, such as Kroger, under that store's own terms. We aren't responsible for products, delivery, or charges from a store. Some store links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Simple Forager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Privacy

How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and we'll tell you in the app if the change is significant.
